is that a GNUStep desktop? looks nice.
i suppose the only reason i'd try it is objective C. I also saw a project for creating another full themable DE at project-etoile.

yes and no

this is only Window Maker ,which is part of GNUstep, but not a complete GNUstep environment

The font used was Courier

The font used was Courier New , but you can also try unifont (bitmap font though), you can read this how to (in Arabic) http://eglug.org/MltermHowto
